In accordance with North Carolina Administrative Code 15A NCAC 0213.0506 and
40 CFR 122.22, 1 am hereby authorizing the position of Plant Manager to sign and certify, as
applicable, all NPDES reports and other information related to the plant's NPDES permit(s).
Additionally, I am authorizing the positions of Plant Manager and [director of Nuclear
Organizational Effectiveness to sign and certify, where applicable, all other local, state and
federal water -related regulatory program submittals where authorization of signatory by the
site Vice President is required.
