The purpose of this application is to get proper approval for a new pump station and pipe that was originally installed in the early 1990's. Crescent Resources installed an irrigation pump station on a common open space along 18127 Jetton Rd. This irrigation pump station provided water for the POA irrigation system the past 25+ years. In 2016 the pump started failing and it was determined by consultants that the pump, would need to be replaced with a new model. The irritation's main line along Jetton was planned for upsizing from a 2.5" pipe to a 4" pipe. The new pump will be a Watertronics with a 2-40 horsepower variable speed pump which can produce 250 gallons per minute at 110 psi and will have the ability to provide water though out the property when combined with the 4" main line. The amount of water pumped per day is between 0 and 150,000 gallons per day. The rights will be conveyed to The Peninsula Property Owners Association % Mr. Brad Vice. The leased area is 5866 sq ft. or 0.13 acres. The Peninsula Property Owners Association is also applying for a dredging permit in the cove below the property line. This permit holds two purposes, first to remove the built up silt in the cove that has caused low lake levels in the summer and secondly to properly bury the pump intake line. I have included in this package additional info concerning this property such as a survey, pictures, map of site location. Please advise me on any comments, questions or changes /additions you might have concerning this Conveyance Application.
