In coordination with the Division of Coastal Management, the National Marine Fisheries Service and the US Fish and
Wildlife Service, the US Army Corps of Engineers authorizes the Department of Army permit SAW -2016-02140 to allow
dredging operations until May 15, 2017. This approval is for a one-time event and all dredge window moratoriums
should be strictly adhered to for any subsequent dredging actions. Please note, this authorization does not eliminate
the need to obtain additional state and/or federal authorizations. All conditions of the original permit issued on March
14, 2017 will be enforced. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thanks!
