The first phase is approximately 5,580LF, which will crossover three separate parcels. The first tract of land is owned by AW North Carolina, while the second and third is owned by Treyburn Corporate Park, LLC. The trail will start at the intersection of International Drive and Old Oxford Hwy., and run down the south east side of Teknika Prkwy until it stops at Akzo Blvd. near bio Merieu/Organon Corporation. Director Divlslon ofwater Quality Durham County On August 26. 2008, the 401 Oversight/Express Permitting Unit of the Division of Water Quality received a request from Mr. Alan Pyteher of Summit Consulting, regarding a project known as ` Treyburn Walking Trail" for acceptance into the Express Review Program. This letter advises you that your project will be accepted into the Express Roview Program once the following items are received: 1) The fee of $500.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality (for five (5) strtam intermittent/perennial determinations); 2) Four (4) complete and collated copies of the most recent versions of the NRCS Soil Survey map and the 1:24,000 USGS Topographic map for the site, both with the property boundaries located; and 3) A vicinity map clearly marking the location of the site. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The clock for this project will not start until receipt of tho completed application package and required fee are received. If the impacts are greater than indicated on the Initial Interest Form and/or the services are different, you may be required to remit an additional feo.
