1. The DWQ is not convinced that drainage area 2 is less than 24 percent
impervious. Furthermore, the slope in the filter strip for the proposed level
spreader exceeds the allowable eight percent. For drainage area number 2, please
provide a BMP that removes a minimum of 85 percent of TSS and 30 percent of
TN. For this BMP, please provide a completed BMP Supplement Form, with all
the required items. The BMP Supplement Forms are available at the following
web site: http:/ih2o.enr.state.nc.us/sulbnip forms.htm.
