Per our August 12, 2008 conversation, on behalf of the City of Claremont we are
respectfully requesting an extension for mitigation payment into the North Carolina
I Ecosystem Enhancement Program (NCEEP). As detailed in the attached "Approval
of 401 Water Quality Certification with Additional Conditions" (Approval), payment
into the NCEEP Wetlands Restoration Fund is due one month from the Approval date
of July 25, 2008. We are requesting a 90-day extension beyond the due date of
August 25, 2008; upon your approval, the new due date should become November
23, 2008.
