Thank you for meeting with Patrick Smith and me on August 22°d. Based on our meeting there
are several items that we need to include in our resubmittal of this application so that you can
complete your review of this project. These items include a review of the in-situ soil
characteristics (by a soil scientist) in the vicinity of the proposed stormwater BMP's, and the
redesign of the two proposed crossing locations (from small bridges to culverts).
Based on the scope of work necessary prior to resubmittal, we anticipate that we will require up
to 120 days to complete the necessary items and we will able to submit this by December 22,
2008.
