SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHICTECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW
Description of review activities, results, and conclusions:
On Apri123, 2015 a search of NC HPOWEB GIS Service map reveals no identified historic sites
in the Area of Potential Effects (APE). Rockingham County GIS-NC website reveals that four of
the adjacent parcels in the APE contain building. All were constructed in the 1990s. No survey
is required.
Why the available in%rrnation provides a reliable basis for reasonablv nredictin� that there
are no unidenti�ed si�nificant historic architectural or landscave resources in the proiect
area:
Using HPO GIS website and Rockingham County ArcGIS website provides reliable information
regarding the structures in the APE. These combined utilities are considered valid for the purposes of
deternuning the likelihood of historic resources being present.
