Treyburn walking trail is a trail located in Treyburn Corporate Park in Durham NC that is going to be built in Phases.
The first phase is app ximately 5 580LF which will crossover three separate parcels. The first tract of land is owned
by AW North Carolina while the second and third is owned by Treyburn Corporate Park LLC. The trail will start at
the Jutersection of International Drive and Old Oxford Hwx and run down the south east side of Teknika Prkwy until
it stops at Akzo Blvd. near bio Merieu/Organon Corporation.
Please attach a reap of site location using USGS 1:24,000 map and county soil survey.
