What, you don't remember each and every time I call you for help......
I should not have returned this one. They had requested an extension and I had granted it, but somehow misplaced that letter and
didn't see it when I went to return the project. So, when I returned it they called and forwarded me a their letter which I had ok'd
and so when they did send in the stuff, you said for me to just go delete the return out of BIMS and enter the incomplete app
received date and "proceed onward". I guess looking back I should have entered some comments in there. Sorry.
