As per DENR-DWQ instructions, please find the following attachments (2 text
files and 6 pdf files) for the "Request for a Major Variance from the
Tar-Pamlico Riparian Protection Rules for Buffer Mitigation for the PCS
Phosphate Company, Inc." to be presented to the EMC-WQC on 09/10/08.
This information was reviewed and approved by DWQ-John Dorney on 08/23/08.
Ten (10) paper copies and ten (10) CD copies of the information package
will be delivered to DWQ-Amy Chapman via PCS messenger (Michell Smith) on
Monday morning (09/25/08).
