The Corps had asked if Colonel Ryscavage could visit the PCS Phosphate
Aurora site on 09/04/08. I didn't want to schedule anything in conflict
with the EMC-WQC pre-meeting if PCS was expected to be represented.

included) or restricted to DENR staff?

buffer mitigation requirement of the
Tar-Pamlico Buffer rules.
There was a similar item discussed about a
year ago but they are
now
ready for the full presentation. Can you add
