I have recently received your submittal of the O&M plan for the above referenced project DWR#11-0089. I conducted a
file review (you can access the entire file here) and I need clarification/explanation of the history of this project. From
the file review it appears that:
A 401 certification was issued in April 2011 which required a stormwater management plan to be submitted within 60
days of 401 issuance.
A stormwater management plan was approved in September 2012 for a sand filter for Hydac Technologies Corporation.
A 401 certification was issued for an additional road crossing in October 2012
A new stormwater management plan was submitted in May 2014 for the construction of an expansion of the Hydac
Technologies Corp and was approved in June 2014
A new SMP was submitted in June of 2015 for "Lot #1 in Arlie Park", based on a file review it appears a complete
technical review was not completed at that time, instead the stormwater reviewer indicated that it "in general looked
"good"" however he requested more information regarding which lot this way, where it was within the business park,
and an O&M form.
Please let me know if any of the above information is inaccurate. If not, based on this information it appears that a
complete review of the SMP still needs to be conducted by DWR. I can utilize the documentation previously submitted
but need the following:
An overall layout of the business park and identification of this lot within the park overlay
Clarification of whether the spec building has been constructed or is being proposed at this time.
Either: Verification that the plans and associated documents/calculations submitted in 2015 are the current set of plans
to be reviewed in detail OR if the building has been constructed, as -built plans and specifications for all impervious
surfaces and stormwater collection and conveyance system and a SMP for the as -built conditions.
