Hey, Mickey!

Sorry that I didn't look more closely at the draft version of the MBI
- I read through it & the content looked good, but as I read the final
version more thoroughly, I noticed a few details that may need to be
fixed. See what you think about these:
1. The numbering under each section needs to be restarted with #1.
For example, General Provision 2.3 references MBRT report review in
sections 3.3 and 4.4, but these sections don't exist because the
numbering didn't start at 3.1 and 4.1.
2. The footnote at the bottom of page 5 mentions "11-digit units" -
should that be 14-digit?
3. Page 7, the end of #17: the 1:1 impact:restoration mitigation
acres requirement applies only to wetlands, not streams.
4. In table 3b, the cumulative total (bottom right) for credits at
final approval - I think it should be 345.
