Subject: SR 1513A (Indian Grave) - 57+50 (Rt.)
Heath,
I wanted to notify you of sediment loss into the stream at Sta. 57+50 (Rt.) , which was
caused by a puncture in the silt fence. The sediment amount was approximately a
wheelbarrow of material. The sediment was removed, riparian mix was placed along the
stream banks, coir fiber matting was installed and the silt fence was repaired. If you need
anything further please let me know.
