I would like to request a waiver in the recently submitted permit applications for Br 184 and 149 in Rowan County.

The 50’ buffer refueling condition in the General Certification is not practicable for the projects. Amy is working with
DOT on new language that better fits DOT projects, so I’ve copied her on the email. Can you put a waiver for that
condition in the permits?
