General Project Narrative: The NCDOT will be replacing bridge #542 over Christian Creek along SR 2748 (Buckeye Cove Rd.) in Buncombe County. The existing bridge is a 19'S" single span timber deck
(Description of Minimization of Water on I-beams with timber abutments. The proposed replacement structure will be 1@ 20'11" by 6'1" corrugated aluminum arch box culvert (struc. #56-E) buried 1 ft. with 1 ft. sills
