This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Hyde County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions.
Existing 24" X 40' RCP will be replaced by a 30" X 40' CAP at N 35.531672° W
76.309100°.
