Subject: Pasquotank SR 1270 Small Road Pipe Replacement Courtesy Notification
This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area
in Pasquotank County under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. DCM reviewed the site
and determined this was not within one of their AEC's, and will not require a CAMA
permit.
Existing 36" X 40' CMP will be replaced by a 42" X 40' CAP at N 36.242869° W
76.136543°.
