I live on Flat Top Mountain, in close proximity to the new Cliffs development and live off well water. I am
concerned about allowing the Cliffs to water its golf course from underground sources that might imperil my well
and thus the livability of my home and value of my acreage [250].
The level of concern on Flat Top Mountain and surrounding areas about the impact of granting the Cliffs the
rights to use underground water for its golf course, strongly suggests to me that these people need a forum in
which to be heard and possibly educated. Thus I respectfully request that before the Cliff's permit is issued that
a public hearing be held, as we feel entitled to notice and a hearing on a matter of such significance.
