Dear Ms. Sullins:
I strongly suggest that your agency conduct a public hearing concerning the many water
issues connected to the Cliffs at High Carolina. As a longtime resident of Fairview, I am
extremely concerned about the development's impact on our streams, the water table, and
the quality and safety of our well water-- especially when our region is experiencing the worst
drought in recorded history. Please, I urge your agency to arrange for a public hearing on
these issues. Thank you for your time.
