Eddie,
Thanks for the return call and update. This project has been in house
for a significant amount of time. The Division needs to move forward
with processing a complete project, or return it until a complete
project can be submitted. I can wait until 9/30 to receive the
completed package, but no longer than that. If you know that your
current schedule will not allow you to submit a complete permit
application by that time, please let me know now, and I will simply
return the project now instead of wait. Since no fee has been submitted
yet, a return of the project will not be detrimental to Larco, either
way the documentation will be processed when it is received. They will
not lose their EMC approval status provided they can meet all the terms
of the approval when they submit completed documentation.
