Chuck, you are correct. Your project does not require written concurrence. I will send a copy of the application to Chad Coburn

I am a little confused about the attached letter from DWQ dated June 24, 2008.
Item number 1 is requesting the appropriate fee. The following payments were made: Check# 1531 for the
amount of $200.00, dated March 11, 2008, and check# 1539, dated March 31, 2008, for the amount of
$40.00, both of which cleared the bank on April 9, 2008.
The second item is requesting five copies of the applicaton. Your email to me on June 16, 2008
stated that you only needed two copies.
Can you please clearify?
