Currently, we are using a "crusher run" gravel trail within that buffer and have repeatedly experienced washout from rainstorms despite all stabilization efforts upstream. A paved or concrete trail would reduce and potentially eliminate erosion control issues. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so that we may discuss the change for the trail and move forward with these repairs.
