Thank you for sending the plat of the property indicating the modification request for the
Schreier property on lot 56 Oriental Plantation. The modification request is acceptable and
does not require additional documentation. I have added the modified information to the
Washington Regional Office file and sent a copy to the DWQ Central Office file which will be
scanned into the system data base. Please print a copy of this email and attach it with the
modified house plan and the variance issued to the Schreiers. If there is any question about
