I received a SMP for this facility per my hold letter sent last month. I just talked to the engineer and a copy is on
its way to your offices. Annette, I have not done any preliminary review that would indicate I should keep this
one, so please add it to your stack for review when it arrives.
I'm getting my files in complete order and all caught up by the end of this month (when i go on 2 week vacation),
I'll be sure to send you an email by then clarifying which projects I will finish and which I may have put on hold
for SMP but you should review then they come in. Any brand new projects as of 8/11 will automatically go to
you but I will triage for you. I assume we'll go back to communicating on projects so if possible I can send just
one hold letter with your comments included.
Let me know if this won't work for you, or just email or call if any come up in the next couple weeks that you are
not sure of.
