As a follow-up to our phone conversation from yesterday regarding the Jubilation Subdivision, I am still trying to determine if
preserving wetlands on individual lots would be acceptable to the applicant. Unfortunately, Billy Sutton no longer works at
Wakefield Development. Our new contact is John Meyers. I am currently in the process of trying to contact Mr. Meyers to
obtain direction regarding preservation.
I request that you place the NW P application on hold until I am able to contact Mr. Meyers.
