On August 13, 2008, the NC Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received the Public Notice issued by the Army Corps of
Engineers for the above referenced project. An Individua1404 Permit will be required for this project. Please note that the
following must be received prior to issuance of a 401 Water Quality Certification:
1. DWQ requires five (5) complete application sets to initiate the review process.
2. Please remit the permitting application fee. The fee for applications is $240 for projects impacting less than an acre of
wetland and less than 150 linear feet of streams whether intermittent or perennial). For projects impacting one or more
acres of wetland or 150 or more feet of streams (whether intermittent or perennial), the fee is $570.
Until the information requested in this letter is provided, I will request (by copy of this letter) that the Corps of Engineers
place this project on hold. Also, this project will be placed on hold for our processing due to incomplete information (] SA
NCAC 2H .0507(a)).
