Dear Mr. Matthews:

We have several previously permitted secondary road projects in Division I I that will not be
constructed this year. Permits for these projects will no longer be valid at the time of anticipated
construction, even with the one-year grace period factored in. As a result, we are requesting that
permits for the projects listed below be reissued with new expiration dates. None of the
construction plans have changed.
