Dear Mr. McMillian:
I contacted both Eric Alsmyer of the Army Core of Engineers and Charles Bass of the
Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation to question the pond site on Mullen Road.
Both agree that due to the topography and geography of the land it is not feasible to build
an off stream pond or an upland pond.
Please accept this as addition information to the submitted pond permit request and route
this information to the necessary persons. Thank you for answering my questions and for
your assistance.
