Lets estimate an additional 10-15 linear feet of impact for the crossvane. It appears from the site map included with the PCN that the culvert length is 50 feet. The proposed impact table in the PCN requests approval for 50 feet of fill associated with the culvert. However, there is also a boulder cross vane proposed downstream of the existing culvert that does not appear to be accounted for in the stream impact table. How many linear feet of impact will be required for the proposed boulder cross vane? Thanks, Andrew W. Moore, P.G.
