Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Flagged
April,
The proposed sewerline installation at Ravenswood Reserve will meet the conditions of GC4086. Since the wetland
crossing is greater than 150 feet, anti -seep collars will be constructed using one of the approved materials and will be
placed every 150 feet within the wetland. The sewerline corridor will be mechanically cleared and contours within the
wetland will be restored to current elevation and stabilized with vegetative cover. Any excess material will be moved
and disposed in the upland area on the property.
Please contact me if you have any additional questions or comments. Thanks for your help with this project.
Robert

Subject: 401 WQC for Ravenswood Reserve
Hi Robert,
I am reviewing the PCN application for General Certification 3884 (now GC 4086) for Ravenswood Reserve. Under the
Jurisdictional Determination section, it states that determinations have been made for the proposed site. Could you please
provide me with a copy of the determinations for NCDWR: RRO #16-416 and USACE: SAW -2016-02043?
Additionally, I have attached a copy GC 4086 for your review. To issue the 401 Water Quality Certification, the
conditions in the attachment must be met. Currently, I am reviewing Condition 6 and 7. I do not specialize in utility line
activities, and would like your help in ensuring that these conditions are met.
