The following items listed in the June 20, 2008 Request for More Information Letter
were omitted from the most recent submittal:
1. Delineated drainage basins,
2. Details of the high flow bypass system,
3. Boundaries of the drainage easements for all three bioretention areas,
4. Clean-out pipe locations, and
5. A pretreatment system,
Other deficiencies in the resubmittal included the inadequacy of the construction
sequence and the failure to remove the baffles from the bioretention cells as requestedl.
