Jennifer,
Here are the updates I promised:
- The Preserve for some reason did not make it to my office. I have obtained the file and
will review it this am. I am glad you asked about it.
- TT&E - I am still investigating whether DWQ believes that Garner correctly implemented its
NSW ordinance. The person I most need to speak with is out of the office until Monday next
week. I have made a note to call him on Monday - I will let you know once we have reached a
decision on this project.
