Just to verify with you all the channels that drain the cross pipes will be fine to be
released above the buffer with out any diffuse flow measures due to the very small amount
of impervious area that is being added to the drainage areas and the resulting Q is so
minimal. The one level spreader that will be built is below the pool/parking area to
treat the stormwater produced there. The low side road ditches that approach the stream
crossing will be removed and the uphill ditches will stop at the edge of the 100' Buffer.
