Enclosed is a vicinity map (Figure 1), an aerial photo showing the project area and
delineated wetland boundaries (Figure 2), Soil Map (Figure 3), and USACE Routine
Wetland Determination Forms for TIP U-3465 in Harnett County. The Approved
Jurisdictional Determination Forms will be forwarded upon completion. The proposed
project involves the widening of SR 1 121 (Ray Road) from NC 210 to SR 1120 (Overhills
Road), with intersection improvements at the intersection of Ray and Overhills Road.
