I am reviewing the subject project application for a 401 WQC and have a question.
From the site plan, it appears that impact to the stream channel could be avoided if the wash bay and some
parking were moved to the upland area located in the southeast corner of the property. Please revise the site
plan to avoid this impact or explain why this would not be a practical alternative.
