This is to confirm the time and date for the Preconstruction Conference for the above referenced project.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at the Resident Engineer's Office located at
405 Rogers View Court, Suite 107, Raleigh, North Carolina 27610. The Preconstruction Conference is
scheduled for 9:00 a.m., with the Envir~m-ental Permit meeting to follow at 10:30 a.m.
Please be prepared to submit your proposed progress schedule and a list of emergency contact personnel at
this conference. Also, invite any subcontractors that you deem necessary. By copy of this letter, all
interested parties are invited to attend. Should additional information be required, please advise.
