This impact and associatcd mi[igation need were under projected by the NCDO'C in the 2077 impact data.
NCDGQ-DMS will commit to implement sufficient compensatory stream mitigation credits to offset the impacts
associated with this project as delermined by tltc regula[ory agencies using the clelivery limelinc listed in Section
P.3.c.iii of the In-Lieu Fee Instrument dated July 2B, 2010. If tl�e above referenced impacl amowlls are revised, then
this mitigation acceptance letter will no longer be valid and a new mitiga[ion acceptance letter will be required from
NCDEQ-DMS.
