This letter is to inform you that the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has
reviewed the CAMA Major Application for Mr. Pete Byers. The permit request is for a
205' pier and 42' X 16' boathouse. The associated impacts include slippage areas to be in
less than three feet of water depth and SAV is present in the general location of the boat
lifts and wet slip.
The DWQ has decided to issue a 401 Water Quality Certification upon the
determination by the Division of Marine Fisheries that there will be no significant
resource impacts associated with this project.
