254, Additional info received on May 19, 2004. Comments entered on May 24, 2004
ing that the dredging was removed and a 401 was no longer required.
04-0976 Express, Charles Perry in Brunswick County. This one was issued on August
31, 2004 but a request for modification came in on February 10, 2005 (I think
anyway). This one is also a LAMA. can we issue/withdraw or whatever? i think it
may be waived but your files may have more information on it. thankx
05-0244 Brunswick, Charlie Perry in Brunswick was sent in under new number but was a
modification of 04-0976. It was placed on hold on Feb. 14, 2005 and March 9, 2005
and issued on June 2, 2005.
