above-cited projoet. On April 8, 2004, 3 contacted Mr. Kritz Rhode pf tha N.C. Division of Marine
risheries regarding the concerns about the impact of the proposed dredging on fishery resources. He
agreed to exantint the site to determine iflimiting the new dredging to merely providing across to the
existing boat ramp could be permitted. A copy of my PAX to Mr. Rhode is attached. Please hold your
action on the Water Quality Certification pending Mr. Rhode's ndvicc.
