I thought I'd forward this email to you. This is from one of the Alpine Mountain
residents who have the small development adjacent to the Cliffs' property. We had
our first significant rain in awhile last night and they have experienced runoffs
problems from the road building going on at the Cliffs. I've also suggested that
they contact Buncome county erosion control.

I need to reach Don Nickell with the Cliffs, because we have a erosion
I problem that was caused by last nights rain that has run on to our road and
stopped up one culvert, do you happen to have that?
