Project Location: 2500 Front Street, on Taylor's Creek, Beaufort, Carteret County
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to demolish a portion of the existing structures,
construct a new 9-slip docking facility that will result in a total of 10 slips, a
234 dry slip storage facility with offices and restrooms, a sewage disposal area,
and fuel pumps at a second staging platform, new dredging of an upland
basin, 68 space parking lot and shoreline stabilization.
