Thanks for the information regarding the bridge replacement. In most cases we have a
PJD or delineation to support the use of a nationwide in this case we do not have either.
The Corps has only received a start of study letter for this project and has never been
invited to scoping or provided any additional information concerning the delineation.
The Corps acknowledges your desire to use NW 3 but you are doing so at your own risk
as no other site information exists.

We're planning to proceed with construction under the latest NW 3 General Conditions
and Water Quality Certification. Additionally, the project does not cross any AEC's. We
are not requesting written approval however the permit drawings are attached for your
files.
