Comment: DOT staff and mvself reviewed site prep for culvert installation at Sites 5 and 9. A rock lined diversion was
in preparation to receive Richland Creek (Site 5) of which was proqressinq. The plan was to divert the
stream this week. Site 9 cuvlert was under construction. The diversion was a qeotech liner and was
functioninq well. No turbiditv was observed.
