Brad,
I would like to follow-up the email below. I have now received the CAMA general
permit from DCM for the subject pipe replacement. It was scanned and attached to this
email along with the original permit application to CAMA.
In my original cover letter to the Division of Coastal Management, I indicated that the
application would serve as a courtesy copy to the ACOE for work under a Nationwide
3. However, I now understand that written notice may be needed to proceed under a
Nationwide 3 permit; and I request that the attached MP-1 and MP-5 serve as written
notice. I intend for the application to serve as a courtesy copy to DEQ DWR for a Water
Quality Certification 3883 or 4085 depending on which Nationwide this work is
authorized.
