On 2/24/2017, 1 (Dan Boss) conducted a follow up inspection at Laurel Elementary. Also present was
Joe Davis, who is the maintenance supervisor. The aeration basin that was full of sand from flood
deposition had been cleaned out thoroughly. Joe was preparing the plant to be restarted.
I found walkway gratings, a support bracket, and bar screen supports that were completely rusted and
unsafe for plant operation. These items need to be repaired as soon as possible.
