I spoke with Randy King (my client who works for Pulte Homes) about the incorrect address situation. Sounds
like maybe Town and Country is going through some financial difficulties at the moment and Randy believes it
would be good to send the Authorization to Town and Country Developers, in care of their attorney (see address
below). Also, I was incorrect with what I explained to you regarding why the Authorization went to Town and
Country vs. Pulte. As I understand it, Town and Country are the current property owners, the interim investor
that I was speaking of will be Terramor Communities, LLC and they will be purchasing the property from Town
and Country. At a later date, after all approvals are in hand... Pulte Homes will purchase from Terramor. Please
let me know if you have any questions.
