Jim,

Both culvert reports are attached. Site 7 is the culvert at station 96+88 and site 18 is the culvert at station 19+77. Both culverts
have floodplain benches backfilled with native material and they both are proposed to be buried one foot. The culverts are on
an approximate .006 ft/ft slope and the intent is that the low flow barrel(s) will back fill naturally.

Hi Jim,
It was not noted in the application if the high flow or low flow barrels at these two sites would be backfilled with native
material. Please confirm that the barrels will or will not be backfilled and provide a brief explanation as to why the barrels
would not be backfilled, if that is the plan. Thanks.
